Ty has a passion for recruiting, interviewing and training. Having been involved in hundreds of interviews, Ty has always been amazed at how unprepared many people are for an interview.Ty has focused on and studied the ins and outs of interviewing. It is his desire to help job seekers through the process. Ty has presented a wide range of workshops as a trainer at many company meetings and now enjoys writing because it gives him a great opportunity to share his passion for presenting and helping others. Most of the articles Ty will write in 2010 will be an aid for anyone going though the interview process. Ty often say we can learn something from everyone we meet if we choose to. We can learn what to do or, what not to do. My motivation in writing any article is that some will read them and find the encouragement to take the next step toward their goals.
